Above-Ground Workarounds Create Problems Underground Eventually
Running power to a detached garage, outbuilding, or EV charger via buried conduit sounds straightforward — until burial depth, conduit type, and feeder sizing collide with AHJ requirements you did not know existed.
Shallow or non-code conduit work fails inspections, creates shock and fire risk, and costs more to fix than to do right the first time.
Trenching Planned for Depth, Routing, and Future Loads
We mark utilities, dig to required depth, install listed conduit with correct radius bends, and pull conductors sized for your actual load — not the bare minimum.
Permits and inspections are coordinated upfront so the trench gets buried only after the work passes.
Three Steps to Power in the Right Place
Safe, buried, and ready for the inspector.
Site walk + utility locate
We mark the run, confirm burial requirements for your jurisdiction, and size the feeder for current and likely future loads.
Trench, conduit + pull
We dig, install listed conduit with proper radius, pull conductors, and land terminations at both ends before calling inspection.
Inspection + backfill
Trench stays open until the inspector signs off — then we backfill, compact, and restore surface to a tidy finish.
